Returns and Refunds Policy

Damaged shipments

If you receive an order and the box(es) appears damaged you have two options. First, you can refuse the delivery with the courier. They will return the damaged order to us and we will send you a replacement. The other option is to accept the damaged shipment but you must get signed acknowledgement from the courier that the parcel is damaged. The courier typically will have the ability to take a picture of the box if s/he needs one to make such an acknowledgement.

 

30-day full refund guarantee

For a risk-free purchase opportunity, we provide all our products with this guarantee. If you receive your order and you change your mind, it does not meet your expectations, or is not what you wanted after all, you are offered this guarantee. We will ask you to send the product back to our warehouse in Germany in the same box you received it in and in the same condition as when received. Oils, lotions, creams, CDs and DVDs must be unopened. Once we have received the order we will refund your account the full purchase price (less shipping cost). Please include a note with the return that contains your name, order number, the reason for the return, and if you would like a refund or a replacement.

Massage chairs

Our massage chairs come with a two year leg and frame guarantee.

Portable tables

Our portable tables come with a ten year leg and frame guarantee. Heated tables have a two year guarantee on the heating element.

Stationary tables

Our stationary tables come with a ten year leg and frame guarantee.

Electric tables

Our electric tables have a two year guarantee on electric components and a ten year guarantee on the legs and frame.

Claims on chairs and tables

If a problem arises, we will ask you to take a digital photo of the fault and email it to us. Where possible, we will send you replacement parts. If necessary, we will repair a table/chair ourselves as quickly as possible, asking you to send it to our warehouse in Germany. We will ship it back to you once it has been repaired. We send parts for free when necessary and covered by the guarantee. In most cases, replacement parts are all that is needed to fix the problem and are easy to install. If you need to return a chair or table to us and it is within the guarantee period we will split the cost of the return; you pay the cost sending it to our warehouse in Germany and we repair and return the chair/table at no cost. In the very unlikely event of irreparable fault, we will send you a replacement. If the model you bought is no longer available we can send the current product which is most similar to it or give you a credit equal to your original purchase which can be applied to a replacement.
